Singapore’s first SaaS incubation centre – AxSaaS Incubation Centre (AiC) – announced on 16 Sep 2008 its new partnerships with Singapore Computer Systems (SCS), GigaSpaces and Haley Limited. AiC was set up on 11 Sep 2008 by Aksaas Pte Ltd, a promising company that was incubated by A*STAR Exploit Technologies for 20 months before it graduated from its incubatee position in August 2007, after receiving the first round of funding.
