| National Science Scholarships (BS) | The NSS (BS) funds undergraduate studies at top overseas universities in Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Engineering disciplines. It is the only through-train scholarship In Singapore that grooms you for a PhD education, and a chance to work in some of the world's best research institutes. | (1) Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and ASEAN Nationals (2) Candidates must offer 11 units or more at A levels. They must offer, and have obtained As in 3 H2 content-based subjects out of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates must also have obtained *at least 1 H3 merit in the sciences or mathematics. (3) Candidates who show passion for science and research * Candidates without the relevant H3 subject, but have 4 H2 content-based subjects in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, are also welcome to apply. |

| National Science Scholarships (PhD) | The National Science Scholarship (PhD) prepares you for a key leadership role in Singapore’s science and technology future. It funds PD studiesat top overseas univerisites in Biomedical Science, Physical Sciences and Engineering disciplines. | (1) Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and ASEAN Nationals. (2) Candidates must have a first degree in relevant disciplines, and have obtained First Class Honours. *GPA of 3.8 and above from US universities or a CAP of 4.5 and above from local universities. (3) Candidates with a strong interest in a research career. |

(2) Candidates must have a first degree in relevant disciplines, and have obtained First Class Honours. Candidates with 2nd Upper Class Honours with good “A’ Levels or excellent Polytechnic results are also welcome to apply (3) Candidates with a strong interest in a research career. |

| Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) | SINGA is a collaboration between A*STAR, NUS and NTU. PhD training will be carried out in English at your chosen lab at A*STAR Research Institutes, NUS or NTU. Upon successful completion, students will be conferred a PhD degree by either NUS or NTU. | (1) Open to all international students (2) Candidates with a passion for research and excellent academic results (3) Good skills in written and spoken English (4) Good reports from academic referees |
