The GET-Up (Growing Enterprises with Technology Upgrade) program was initiated to boost the global competitiveness of local technology-intensive enterprises. The program aims to help local companies upgrade in technology with help from A*STAR in operation and technology roadmapping, technical advisors, and the secondment of researchers to the companies to strengthen their R&D capability.

Technology for Enterprise Upgrading Programme (T-UP)

The T-UP initiative, a multi-agency effort by A*STAR, EDB, SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore and IDA will second RSEs to local enterprises to enable them to access the pool of R&D talent in the Research Institutes (RIs).

Operation and Technology Roadmapping (OTR)

A roadmap is a document that identifies key requirements for a set of products or service needs. These include critical system requirements, the product and process performance targets and the technology alternatives with milestones for meeting those targets. The technology roadmap provides the 'big' picture view of the technology required to meet the various business and market needs. This ensures that any technology introductions are relevant to the company and will have a direct impact to its business.
